Consent to personal data processing

By tapping the separate consent button in the bot or selecting the separate checkbox in the app, I consent to the From Friends operator identified in the Privacy Policy processing the data I provide to create and operate my selected collection.

This includes my Telegram ID, name, username if available, signature, answers and submitted materials. For an organizer, it also includes the recipient and event details they provide. Processing includes collecting, recording, storing and using the data to operate the collection, displaying it in the resulting album, correcting it and deleting it as described in the Policy.

I understand that the organizer and people who receive the final page link can access the answers and signature. If a password is enabled, visitors also need the password. Anonymous answers are stored without a participant link, but their content may suggest who wrote them. It may be impossible to reliably identify an anonymous answer in order to delete it at its author's request.

All new plans provide page access for 365 days from first publication. An upgrade increases contributor capacity but does not change the access period. Existing collections retain their previous terms. Source materials are deleted within 7 days after the page is actually removed. The Policy separately describes retention for drafts, financial records and backups.

I can withdraw consent and request deletion using the operator's contact in the Policy. Deletion may prevent further participation or operation of the collection. The Policy describes processing under other applicable grounds and the retention of required financial records.

This consent is separate from the service and refund terms and does not constitute consent to optional analytics or advertising messages.
